These terms apply when you buy from Rope Seal LLC, Tulsa, Oklahoma, at theropeseal.com. By placing an order, you agree to them, along with our Cancellation policy and Refund policy.

1. Pre-orders

  • The Rope Seal Heat Fusion Tool is sold as a pre-order. You pay a $25 deposit at checkout.
  • Your remaining balance is charged to the same payment method when your order ships, or 90 days after you order, whichever comes first.
  • Estimated ship window: 1 to 3 months from your order date. You pay the price shown when you ordered, even if our price goes up later.
  • We'll email you when you order, when your balance is charged, and when your order ships.

2. Cancellations, refunds, and returns

  • Before it ships: cancel any time for a full refund of everything you've paid.
  • After it ships: all sales are final. There are no returns of the tool and butane torch set because of federal hazardous materials shipping rules for used butane torches.
  • Damaged, defective, or wrong item: email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

3. The torch

The butane torch ships empty. Butane is sold separately. Fill and use the torch according to its instructions, in a ventilated area, away from anything flammable.

4. Shipping

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $50 or more.

5. Founder's pricing (code FOUNDER15)

  • The first 100 orders using code FOUNDER15 get 15% off the full price of the Rope Seal Heat Fusion Tool.
  • One use per customer. Can't be combined with other discounts. Ends when 100 orders have used it or when we end it.
  • The 15% comes off your full order price, not just the deposit.

Your honest-feedback commitment. Founder's pricing is our thank-you for being early. By using FOUNDER15, you agree to tell us what you really think within about 30 days after your tool arrives: a photo, a short video, a written review, or a reply to our follow-up email.

  • Good, bad, or mixed all count. Your discount doesn't depend on what you say.
  • We'll remind you by email with an easy way to send feedback.
  • No penalty. If you don't send anything, we won't charge you back or cancel your discount.

Using your feedback publicly. We'll only use your name, photo, video, or words on our website, social media, or ads if you give us a separate yes when you send it. You choose how you're named (full name, first name, or anonymous). If you say yes, you give Rope Seal LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use that content to promote Rope Seal. You keep ownership, and you can ask us to take it down any time. Testimonials we post from founder's pricing customers will say they received a discount. You're always free to post your own reviews anywhere, positive or negative.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. We may update them. The version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order.
