Cancellation policy

This policy covers pre-orders of the Rope Seal Heat Fusion Tool from Rope Seal LLC (theropeseal.com).

How your pre-order is charged

• $25 deposit at checkout. That is the only charge when you place your order.
• The balance is charged when your order ships. Not before.
• There is no confirmed ship date yet. The Rope Seal is built in small batches and production is still being scheduled. By placing a pre-order you acknowledge that we cannot give you a ship date today.

We will email you at every step

• When you place your order, with your $25 deposit receipt
• When your tool is in stock and ready to ship
• When your order ships, with tracking. That is when the balance is charged.

Cancel for a full refund until your order is ready to ship

Email ana@theropeseal.com any time before we send your ready-to-ship notice and we will cancel your order and refund your full $25 deposit. No reason needed and no fee.

When your tool is in stock we will email you a ready-to-ship notice. You have 5 days from that email to cancel for a full refund. After those 5 days your $25 deposit becomes non-refundable and your order moves to fulfillment.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days and never later than one billing cycle.

After your order ships

Once your order has shipped we do not accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind.

If something is wrong with your order

This does not apply if your tool arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered. Email ana@theropeseal.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We will send a replacement part, a replacement tool, or a refund if we cannot make it right. Please do not mail the torch back; see our shipping policy for why.

Nothing in this policy takes away any rights you have under federal or Oklahoma law.
